Founder
Marvy Finger
Over the course of his career, Mr. Finger built more than 28,000 residential units across the
country. Known for his exacting standards, he had a reputation for spotting the best locations
for apartments and an instinct for design.
Mr. Finger was a mentor to many in the real estate industry, creating a legacy that
extends beyond the boundaries of his own firm. He was passionate in his pursuits of perfection,
and generous to many causes in the City of Houston, particularly in education, health care, and
the arts.
Mr. Finger had an unwavering approach to developing and managing the highest quality multifamily
projects, and our company honors his legacy by remaining committed to the ongoing success of
each current and future property.
Charitable Grant Focus
Believing vibrant communities are interconnected, the MF3 strategically supports five key areas in Greater Houston: Education for opportunity, Medicine for health and healing, Visual & Performing Arts for beauty and expression, and direct investment in communities to empower residents.
